Inmate Telephones
Inmate telephone service is provided through Public Communications Services, Inc. (PCS). To help the inmates stay connected with the outside world, PCS provides the following multiple calling options.
Daily Dial™ Friend and Family Prepaid Calling – PCS’s Preferred Calling Option Gives You Ultimate Control of Your Inmate Calls
Daily Dial ™, PCS’s prepaid calling option, puts you in full control of your inmate calling: Pay for calls to your specific phone number in advance without any restrictions or call blocks. You can add funds to your Daily Dial™ account quickly and easily by visiting PCSDailyDial.com or calling 888.288.9879. Every time the inmate places a collect call to a phone number which has a prepaid account set up, the cost of that call will be deducted from the prepaid account. Unlike collect calls, prepaid calls can also be made to cell phones.
Inmate Debit Calling – PCS’s Most Cost Effective Option Places the Inmate in Control of the Phone Account and Allows Him to Call Many Phone Numbers
Every inmate has a debit account tied to his/her booking number and inmate PIN. The inmate can call many telephone numbers using his/her debit account, including cell phones. The cost of debit calls will be deducted from the inmate’s debit phone account; you will not be responsible for payment of these calls.
Collect Calls – PCS’s Basic Calling Option Where the Cost of the Calls will Appear on your Monthly Phone Bill
Collect calls can only be made to certain phone numbers that allow them. Many phone numbers, such as cell phones and even some landlines, do not allow collect calls. If a Collect Call is allowed, the cost of that call will appear on your monthly phone bill. Collect calls may also be subject to other restrictions. If you are experiencing collect restrictions, PCS recommends setting up a Daily Dial™ prepaid account at PCSDailyDial.com or by calling 888.288.9879.
